  • Scale The Ladder

    In this 40 minute Inferno workout, you'll go through rounds of 5 exercises. Each round you'll decrease your reps by one, getting great results by scaling the ladder.

  • Cold Spike

  • Intervals

    In this 30 minute burner, Anja takes you through intense interval exercises. You'll cycle through 5 moves, for six rounds each. Make sure you bring a towel and a lot of water. You'll need it.
