In this 40 minute Inferno workout, you'll go through rounds of 5 exercises. Each round you'll decrease your reps by one, getting great results by scaling the ladder.

This Inferno workout uses no equipment but will still leave you sweating. Three Rounds plus a DailyBurn Challenge will burn serious calories.

The Challenge workout is the pinnacle of Inferno, where you'll measure how far you've progressed.
